HISTORY

Bager and Meyer have known each other since 2011. Kenneth Bager contacted Claus Meyer after a visit to Meyer’s bakery in Store Kongensgade in the centre of Copenhagen. Kenneth wanted them to open a new bakery together called Meyer& Bager.  (inside facts; the Danish word for ‘a baker’ is ‘bager’).

At that time, Meyer had just attended his first Comaclub Party at the Danish National Museum and it had been nothing less than a groundbreaking experience for him.

The talks marked the beginning of the cooperation on Apple Flower Festival – Food and Music United
